Nan & Mo’s was founded by Chef Daniel Glazebrook as a tribute to his late Grandma Elsie Brown (Nan) and Aunt Maureen Kingbird (Mo). Their generosity and warmth inspired his culinary journey, and the memories around his family’s tables are the heart of every dish. Our mission is to combine delicious food with the joy of bringing people together for stress-free, memorable events.
Meet Chef Daniel Glazebrook
Founder & Executive Chef, Nan & Mo’s Catering
Daniel holds a B.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Florida State College, a B.A. in Hospitality Management from the University of South Florida, and a Master’s in Education from Wilson College. His expert technique was honed through the VICA Skills Competition for Culinary Arts, where he achieved 2nd place at Nationals for two consecutive years, alongside 1st place finishes at both the State and Regional levels. Daniel brings this rigorous professional training and lifelong dedication to every event he caters.
